Refund Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026· Template, to be reviewed by a solicitor before it’s relied on.

The short version: at the end of week one of a Sprint you’ll have an automation running and our measurement of what it saves. If you don’t then see a credible path to recovering the fee within twelve months of those savings, tell us by the end of week two and we refund everything paid, in full. One email to hello@vibeship.academy.

1. The AI Opportunity Scan

The intro call is free. There’s nothing to refund, and no obligation follows from it. The plan document is yours to keep regardless of whether we ever work together.

2. The week-one guarantee (Enablement Sprint)

By the end of week one you’ll have at least one automation running on your real work, together with our before and after measurement of the hours it saves. If, on that evidence, you don’t see a credible path to recovering the engagement fee within twelve months of saved hours, tell us by the end of week two and we stop the engagement and refund everything you’ve paid, in full. You keep the work already built. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of your request, usually much faster.

3. After week two

From week three onward, fees for work already delivered are non-refundable, but you may end the engagement at any time and we won’t invoice any remaining balance for undelivered work. Where a deliverable is materially incomplete through our fault, we’ll complete it or refund its portion, whichever you prefer.

4. Retainers

Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing date. No long-term lock-in, no cancellation fees.

5. If we cancel

If we have to cancel or materially postpone an engagement, you choose: reschedule, or a full refund of any amounts paid for undelivered work.

6. How to request

Email hello@vibeship.academy from the address on your engagement letter, subject “Refund”. That’s it.

7. Business clients

Our services are provided business-to-business. This policy forms part of your engagement terms; nothing in it limits any rights that can’t be limited by law.
