3. Processors we use

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Before you choose, we run analytics in a cookieless mode: we count page views and clicks, but nothing is stored on your device and we can’t recognise you across visits. Analytics and advertising cookies, and session recording, are set only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. You can change your mind by clearing cookies for this site.

Our scheduling page is provided by Cal.com and loads only when you choose to open it. Because it runs at your request, it’s treated as strictly necessary for the service you asked for, and it may set storage in your browser in order to work. If you’d rather not use it, email us instead and we’ll arrange a time by hand.

5. Retention

Enquiry and marketing list data: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity. Purchase records: 6 years (UK tax law). Analytics: per PostHog’s standard retention.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email hello@vibeship.academy. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU supervisory authority.

7. International transfers

Where processors transfer data outside the UK or EEA, they do so under UK and EU approved safeguards (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
