1. Who we are

VibeShip Academy is operated by EXSCI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15153789), registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@vibeship.academy.

2. What we provide

We provide online educational services: self-paced learning materials, live cohort-based training sessions, community access, and optional 1-on-1 mentoring ("the Services"), as described on the applicable order page at the time of purchase. Cohort start dates, session schedules and inclusions for each tier are stated on the sales page.

3. Purchases and payment

4. Cancellation and refunds

You have the cancellation rights described in our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee and your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Intellectual property

All course materials remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning and projects. Anything you build during the course belongs to you.

7. No income promises

We teach skills and help you launch a product. We make no representation or guarantee about revenue, profit or business results. Outcomes depend on your idea, effort and market conditions.

8. Availability and changes

We may adjust session times or replace an instructor where reasonably necessary. If we cancel a cohort entirely, you receive a full refund of everything paid.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with the Services is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or loss of business.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
