Refund Policy

The short version: 14 days, full refund, one email to hello@vibeship.academy. No forms, no questions that matter.

1. Our 14-day guarantee

Email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full — even if the cohort has already started and you attended sessions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of your request (usually much faster).

2. Deposits

The £50 place deposit is fully refundable at any time before the cohort start date, and is otherwise credited against your chosen tier.

3. Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and equivalent EU rules), you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. For self-paced digital content, access to materials begins only with your express acknowledgement; our 14-day guarantee above applies regardless, so you never lose out by starting early. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

4. If we cancel

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you choose: move to the next cohort or receive a full refund of everything paid, including any deposit.

5. How to request

Email hello@vibeship.academy from the address you purchased with, subject "Refund". That's it.
